How do I register for a course?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How do I contact customer support?

Do you have a cancellation, refund and return policy?

No cancellation/change is allowed for courses and digital products once the order is confirmed. Please check our refund policy for more information regarding shipping, return and refund of physical goods.

How do I know a course meets my requirements?

The course curriculum is made available in advance. You can also read the prerequisites for each course. In addition to these a few sessions of each course have been unlocked for you to explore for free. Watch these sessions and make your decision.

Can I interact with the instructor?

Absolutely. You can raise your queries regarding the course in the forum and the instructor will answer it within 24 hours.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes, on successful completion of a course, you will be awarded a certificate indicating the same. Make sure you register with correct details during signup. This is important. No changes will be entertained after that.

Do I have to buy any hardware for the course?

All information regarding the eligibility and prerequisites are available in the FAQ session of each course. Kindly check them.
